(Please note that the Monday lessons are held at the café from 4:30 – 9:00, except the first week of the course.)

 If you hold a working holiday visa it is essential to have good English and some work skills to get a job in Australia. Working in a café is a popular and easy way to earn money and travel around the country, but you do need to know how to make great coffee!
For people who wish to improve their English and use their English at work, this practical course is ideal. You will learn English for customer service, taking orders, kitchen instructions and dealing with complaints. In the same course you will have hands-on training on the espresso machine, coffee making, food handling and cooking skills. These lessons are held by a professional barista in one of the most stylish and fashionable cafes in Sydney. Graduates have a chance to gain work experience at the training café. The course also includes job-finding tips and interview skills.
